Speciality areas - Renovations and Wet Rooms
Besides specialising in renovations, we also specialise in the design and construction of wet rooms for the disabled, mobility challenged or older persons who require extra help. With the availability of design led mobility friendly fixtures we believe that wet rooms need not be bland. Our process of design and construction of wet rooms takes into account amongst other things; the current needs of users, their future needs, placing of support bars and floor finishings.

Management Responsibility
The management of Carlyco Construction is responsible for ensuring that all activities for the project are planned and implemented timeously. The appointed responsible Project Engineer/ Manager ensures that proper and adequate communications pertaining to the methodology and plans for each plant or project are properly and adequately passed to all relevant personnel.
